Dr. Robin Linster uses a unique 3-pronged approach that provides results! Because your care is uniquely designed to best suit your needs, Dr. Robin uses a variety of adjusting techniques, soft tissue strategies, therapeutic modalities and therapeutic movement exercises and stretches. She is also the only certified ImPACT concussion assessment provider for baseline and during concussions. And because everyone who has a spine benefits from a clear nervous system, Active Balance Spine and Sports Care sees the value in the entire family being well adjusted- pregnancy, pediatric and beyond!
She is certified in: Activator Methods, Active Release Technique (ART), SASTM (a Graston-like technique), Reiki 2, FMS, SFMA, FAKTR and ImPACT concussion assessments.

Dr. Robin Linster
Dr. Robin received her Diplomate in Chiropractic Sports Medicine, one of only 300 in the U.S. and the only Diplomate in Maine. She is a member of the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic. She served her vibrant, life-loving practice in PA for more than 20 years and is now following her life’s dream with her husband Michael having re-located to Arundel, Maine. She is one of only a handful certified in Active Release Technique in the state, an extremely effective soft tissue technique that gets people back to their passion quickly.
She has worked as emergency services for semi-pro football, gymnastics, rugby, endurance and local 5K races, as well as martial arts events such as the Easter Collegiate Taekwondo Conference held at Princeton University where she was medical co-director. Dr. Robin is a volunteer medical services provider and she has served as volunteer medical services team at the US Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid.
